Required laboratory analyses and supporting documents are arranged according to the agreed specification, buyer requirements and destination market.

Packaging, labelling and available shipment documents are reviewed before dispatch to help ensure alignment with the confirmed order requirements.
Quality & Documentation Scope
Product Specifications
Product characteristics such as cut, size, moisture, salt content, ingredients, sensory requirements and packaging format can be coordinated according to the agreed buyer specification.
Laboratory Analyses
Depending on the product, destination and buyer requirements, relevant analyses may include microbiological parameters, pesticide residues, contaminants and product-specific physical or chemical criteria. The required analysis scope is confirmed before the order.
Lot Identification & Traceability
Shipment lots are identified through the applicable lot information and supporting production or shipment records. Traceability documentation is coordinated with the relevant supply partner.
Packaging & Labelling
Packaging format, net weight, lot information and buyer-specific label requirements are reviewed and agreed before production or packing.
Export Documentation
The required commercial and export documents are coordinated according to the product, delivery terms and destination. Additional certificates are assessed and confirmed on an order-specific basis.
