Unless stated otherwise, quotations are subject to availability and remain valid only for the period specified in the relevant quotation.
Final product specifications, tolerances, prices, quantities, packaging, analyses, documentation, delivery terms, payment terms and responsibilities of the parties will be defined separately for each transaction.
In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and a separately signed or accepted commercial agreement, the terms of the relevant commercial agreement will prevail.
6. Product Samples and Analyses
Product samples and laboratory analyses may be arranged depending on the buyer’s requirements and the nature of the request.
Samples are representative only of the sample or lot from which they are taken, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any applicable sampling, analysis, courier or documentation costs will be communicated before confirmation.
7. International Trade and Compliance
All inquiries and transactions are subject to applicable food safety requirements, customs rules, export controls, sanctions, trade restrictions and other relevant laws and regulations.
YEKA Group reserves the right to decline or suspend an inquiry or transaction where fulfilling it may violate applicable laws, regulatory requirements or internal compliance standards.
The buyer is responsible for communicating destination-country requirements and any buyer-specific specifications before confirming an order.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including its text, photographs, graphics, logos, design and other materials, is owned by or licensed to YEKA Group.
